Power bank guide
Heated jacket with power bank: capacity and runtime
A heated jacket is only as reliable as the power bank you use. Capacity, connector and heat setting determine how many real hours of warmth you get.

Why capacity matters
A heated jacket uses power for several heat zones. The higher the setting, the colder the weather and the larger the heated surface, the faster the power bank drains.
Good for daily use, short rides and several hours of warmth.
Smart for long days outside, work, events and frequent high settings.
Does every power bank fit?
No. Check voltage, connector and output. A power bank may fit physically but still be technically unsuitable. Use a power bank made for heated clothing where possible.
Practical advice
Charge the power bank fully before leaving. Start higher if needed, then switch down once warm to extend runtime. For long winter days, bring a spare.
Gløde advice
For short moments, compact is convenient. For long cold days, reserve wins.
