Carbon heating technology: how heated clothing works

Heated clothing uses thin heating elements powered by a rechargeable battery or powerbank. In many modern garments, carbon-based elements are used because they are flexible and distribute warmth well.

How the heat is created

When electrical current passes through the heating element, it produces warmth. The heat setting controls how much power is used and how warm the garment feels.

Why placement matters

Heat zones are usually placed around the back, chest, hands or feet. Good placement helps the warmth feel useful without needing excessive heat.

Battery and safety

Always use the recommended powerbank, keep connectors dry, remove the battery before washing and follow the product instructions.
