At Glode, we believe you should be able to try our products at home and experience the warmth, materials and design for yourself. That is why we offer a 30-day trial period on orders.
Returns
Your Glode product must be returned within 30 days after delivery. You may try it at home, but the product must be returned clean, undamaged and complete with all accessories. Register your return through our return portal and follow the instructions.
If there are signs of use beyond what is necessary to try the product, a reasonable amount may be deducted from the refund. Batteries, chargers and accessories must be returned together with the product.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund your purchase within 14 days.
